This page describes the data used by the current Werdegang application. It avoids promises the product cannot verify.

Werdegang stores your account email and the workspace records you create, including resumes, cover letters, analyses, tailored versions, saved jobs, job sources, alerts, and evidence. Contact submissions include the name, email, topic, and message you enter.
Your information is used to provide account access, save and retrieve your work, generate the outputs you request, run job-search features, and respond to contact submissions. Werdegang does not submit applications to employers on your behalf.
Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Resend may deliver contact notifications. When the Gemini provider is configured, relevant content from an AI request is sent server-side to Google's Gemini API to produce that result.
Authenticated workspace records are associated with your account. You can edit or remove supported records in the workspace. For questions or a request concerning data that cannot be removed in the interface, use the contact form.
Provider credentials remain in server-side configuration rather than browser code. No internet service can promise absolute security. This notice should be updated when the data model, providers, or business practices materially change.
